NEW YEAR, NEW FLAVOUR - INTO 2012 WITH A BANG!

Howdee folks ! Yes - it really is that time of year again ... Our Fudgemakers across the land are dusting off their drawing boards, shining their marble slabs and putting on their thinking caps to conjure up some divine new flavours.

Last year our 2 favourite's were Blueberry Muffin & Eton Mess , both of which have been availiable to buy Online over the course of 2011.

Visit us in any of our shops to sample what the contentenders are - and the Winner (which will be crowned at the end of the month) will be availiable to buy Online very soon!

After you xmas dinner & the sprouts have gone

& all the guffs have protruded out your bum
Have some fudge as a special treat
then you know your whole year is complete

Christmas Cake Fudge ... It would be rude not to!

Our lovely Dane in Canterbury here with his first ever batch of Christmas Cake!

This flavour is one of the trickest to make as it is a TRIPLE , yes TRIPLE layer!

First we create a log of Boozy Fruit and Nut packed with walnuts, rum and raisins , then we fold over a sweet Almond layer on top . Once this has set , we carefully top the whole batch with a layer of cool and creamy Vanilla...
Just pop the kettle on , make a cuppa - & you have the perfect Festive Treat.......

FUDGE , FUDGE - EVERYWHERE !!

Fudge covered every surface of our York shop last weekend in preperation for what was their busiest day EVER!

They sold mountains of boxes of fudge and pools of Drinking Fudge - here is just a few of their hundreds of batches that were made in the week running up to the Weekend...
