Our lovely Dane in Canterbury here with his first ever batch of Christmas Cake!This flavour is one of the trickest to make as it is a TRIPLE , yes TRIPLE layer!
First we create a log of Boozy Fruit and Nut packed with walnuts, rum and raisins , then we fold over a sweet Almond layer on top . Once this has set , we carefully top the whole batch with a layer of cool and creamy Vanilla...
Just pop the kettle on , make a cuppa - & you have the perfect Festive Treat.......
