Christmas Cake Fudge ... It would be rude not to!

Our lovely Dane in Canterbury here with his first ever batch of Christmas Cake!

This flavour is one of the trickest to make as it is a TRIPLE , yes TRIPLE layer!

First we create a log of Boozy Fruit and Nut packed with walnuts, rum and raisins , then we fold over a sweet Almond layer on top . Once this has set , we carefully top the whole batch with a layer of cool and creamy Vanilla...
Just pop the kettle on , make a cuppa - & you have the perfect Festive Treat.......
