Fudgeblog is the blog site for Jim Garrahy’s Fudge Kitchen. It has been launched to facilitate blogging by those crazy fun guys at Jim Garrahy’s, and so give you a taste, if you pardon the pun, of what goes on behind the scenes at the makers of the ‘best fudge in the world’.

So lets get the corporate stuff out the way. Jim Garrahy’s Fudge Kitchen is based in the UK and makes and sells delicious handmade fudge in over 20 flavours. You can buy Jim’s fudge from one of seven Jim Garrahy’s shops across the UK, or online from the main website, www.fudgekitchen.co.uk.

Jim’s fudge is a bit different. It has a creamy dreamy soft texture and just melts in the mouth.
